Owner support,without the runaround
One page for everything after you buy: book a service, make a warranty claim, order parts, or raise a problem. Every job here has a form, a number, and a person on the other end, and your Australian Consumer Law rights sit above all of it.
Need something right now?
These are the three things owners contact us about most. Prefer to talk? Call us. A real person answers, Mon–Fri 8am–5pm AEST. Or email info@newagecaravans.com.au.
Owner services
What do you need help with?
Nine jobs, one page: servicing, warranty claims, spare parts, dealers and everything in between. Pick the one that matches and we'll take it from there.
Thinking about a New Age?
Not an owner yet?
These aren't owner-support jobs, they're the four things people ask before they buy. Get a brochure, see a van in person, ask a dealer a question, or check what it might cost per week.
Quick answers
The questions
owners ask
The short versions. The warranty terms and complaints process pages carry the full detail.
Use the Book a service form on this page and we'll match you with the right service location for your van and where you are. Servicing to the schedule in your Owner's Handbook is what keeps your warranty valid, so if you're not sure when your next service is due, send the form anyway and we'll check it with you.
Warranty support is handled through the authorised dealer network, so contact your local New Age dealer first. Have your proof of purchase and chassis number (the NA number on your caravan's A-frame) ready, and don't commence repairs before they are authorised.
Every new New Age caravan is covered by a 3-year Bumper to Hitch manufacturer's warranty, running from the date of first registration. Appliances and components not manufactured by New Age Caravans are covered by their own manufacturers' warranties. Full terms are supplied in the Owner's Handbook with every new caravan.
Yes. Tell us what you're after through the Parts and accessories form (include your model and chassis number if you have it) and we'll point you to the right parts contact for your van, whatever its age.
Your warranty stays valid as long as your caravan is serviced to the schedule and standards set out in your Owner's Handbook, and claims are handled through the authorised dealer network. If you're travelling and your usual dealer isn't nearby, contact us before the service is due and we'll help you sort an approved option.
Contact your authorised dealer first, then New Age Caravans Customer Experience if it isn't resolved. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours. You can also contact external bodies such as the ACCC or your state consumer agency at any time.
The 3-year Bumper to Hitch warranty runs from the date of the caravan's first registration, so a second-hand van may still be inside its warranty period. Under the warranty terms, warranty rights aren't automatically transferred to a new owner - transfer requires New Age's prior written consent - so contact your local dealer with the chassis number and we'll confirm exactly what's covered on your van. Your Australian Consumer Law rights apply to your purchase regardless.
